Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Sr. Accountant to join our team on-site in Pasay. The Sr. Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage budgets, review expenditures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing monthly reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling tax compliance, and contributing to financial planning initiatives. The role also involves collaboration with internal and external teams to streamline and enhance financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and preparing accurate financial statements.
• Proficiency in tax compliance, including local tax laws and regulations.
• Proven skills in analyzing financial data, handling reconciliations, and performing audits.
• Experience in using accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is an asset.
