This role involves overseeing accounts and projects from ideation to execution and serving as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and suppliers. Additionally, the Sr. AE is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships with clients by effectively meeting their needs and promptly addressing any concerns.
Responsibilities
- Actively generate quality leads using different channels to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Effectively oversee, manage, coordinate, and work with assigned project members.
- Manage existing and new accounts, fostering long-term business relationships to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Oversee and handle multiple accounts and projects effectively from conception to execution.
- Represent the company in external engagements, including meetings with clients and suppliers, as well as networking events.
- Collaborate with supervising officers to create cost estimates, handle contract negotiations, oversee budgets, and support project financials by tracking expenses and forecasting profitability.
- Maintain close communication with clients to understand and assist with their needs and specifications.
- Serve as the link between clients, internal teams, and other external stakeholders.
- Present and discuss ideas, creative concepts, and updates with clients, helping them develop campaigns.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction, including briefing the creative team to develop concepts aligned with the client's vision.
- Create quick sheets, job orders (JOs), reports, and other monitoring documents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Effectively handle complaints, delays, and issues, offering solutions to prevent them from happening again.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, strategies, and technologies.
- Implement company and PH labor/regulatory policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the department.
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of solid experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, or in a similar role within the industry.
- Capable of effectively communicating, presenting, negotiating, and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and senior management.
- Detail-oriented and highly skilled in time management.Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has good interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to build rapport with both clients and suppliers quickly.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and other online meeting and collaboration platforms.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
- Sales experience is a plus.
