The Sr. Account Executive (Sr. AE) is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities with assigned Accounts Executives (AE), which includes managing accounts and projects assigned from ideation to execution, and acting as a link between the clients, creatives team, implementation team, and suppliers, The role entails building and maintaining strong and long-term business relations with clients by effectively meeting their needs and efficiently handling queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reports to assigned supervising officers - Account Managers, Account Directors, and up
• Oversees, supervises, coordinates, and works with assigned AE's
• Manages existing accounts, builds and maintains long-term business relations with current clients to identify opportunities for account growth
• Assists supervising officers in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets
• Meets and remains in close communication with clients to assist them with their needs and specifications
• Serves as the link between the client, creatives team, implementation team, and suppliers
• Actively generate quality leads using different channels to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Presents and discusses ideas, creative concepts, and updates with clients and assists them in developing campaigns
• Collaborates with and briefs creatives team to design creative concepts on behalf of the clients
• Creates quick sheets, job orders, reports, and monitoring sheets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Responds to complaints, resolves issues, and addresses delays in projects
• Stays up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies in the industry
• Performs other work as assigned
Requirements:
• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics or any related field
• Has at least 3-5 years of solid experience as AE or Sr. AE in the same or similar industry
• Can effectively communicate, present, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and senior level
• Is keen on details and organized
• Is good at prioritizing and time management
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Has good interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to build rapport with both clients, suppliers, and peers
• Has excellent skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and other online meeting and working platforms
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours
• Is willing to learn
• Experience in sales is a plus
