- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: atleast 1 year of experience in SQL database management and 2 years of overall bpo experience
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management systems.
- Qualities and Traits:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide solutions.
