Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior SQL Server / SSIS Developer to join their Data Engineering team. This is a hands-on, pure development role with a strong focus on SSIS and SQL Server stored procedures supporting enterprise data pipelines and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server stored procedures for ETL and data processing

• Build, maintain, and enhance SSIS packages for large-scale data integration

• Support and contribute to SQL Server Data Warehouse development

• Ensure performance tuning, data quality, and reliability of ETL workflows

• Collaborate with onshore data and analytics stakeholders on long-term initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a SQL Server Developer / Data Engineer

• Expert-level SSIS development ( must-have)

• Strong experience writing and optimizing ETL stored procedures

• Advanced T-SQL skills in SQL Server environments

• Proven experience in pure development roles (not reporting-focused)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on SQL Data Warehouse design and development experience

• Experience supporting enterprise or insurance/financial datasets
