We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer, Team Lead to join our team in Manila. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality database solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SQL developers in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in SQL development are followed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Monitor database performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-11 years of experience in SQL development and database management.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
