Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated fleet supply agencies, fostering strong, collaborative relationships built on clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams (e.g., Acquisition & Partnerships, Finance, Claims, Operations) and external supply agencies, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Collaborate with SPX internal teams to find solutions for issues and challenges related to agency partners.Work cross functionally within SPX to address valid concerns that agencies may have that would improve Supply and Agency processes and goals.
  • Maintain organized records of agency contacts, agreements, performance data, and communication logs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with supply agencies, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate documentation of meeting minutes and action items.
  • Get feedback from agencies on issues they face from SPX and escalate as necessary.
  • Participate in periodic Service Level reviews of agency performance and provide recommendations on poor performing agencies.
  • Assist in gathering information and documentation required for internal and external audits related to supply agency performance and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiency in the interactions between internal teams and supply agencies. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of vehicle specifications, industry trends, and lifecycle costing is desirable.
  • Ability to travel occasionally may be required.
