Sportsbook Operations: Support the day-to-day operation of the sportsbook, ensuring betting products, promotions, configurations, and customer journeys operate effectively.
Promotion Design & Execution: Develop, configure, test, and review sportsbook promotions designed to improve engagement, retention, turnover, and overall sportsbook performance.
User Journey Optimisation: Review sportsbook journeys and customer behaviour to identify friction points and opportunities to improve discovery, navigation, bet placement, promotional participation, and overall user experience.
Revenue & Performance Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook turnover, GGR, engagement, retention, and product adoption through operational, promotional, and product improvements.
Product & Platform Support: Work closely with Product and sportsbook providers on new features, platform improvements, integrations, and sportsbook developments, providing operational requirements and sportsbook expertise.
Testing & Rollout Support: Support UAT, configuration, validation, and rollout of new sportsbook features and developments, ensuring solutions meet operational requirements and provide the intended customer experience.
Performance Analysis: Analyse sportsbook, promotional, product, and player data to understand performance, identify trends or anomalies, and support operational and commercial decisions.
Reporting & Data Support: Use available reporting tools and data sources to investigate performance and answer operational questions. Strong Excel skills are required, while SQL or experience working directly with databases/data tools is highly advantageous.
Sports & Market Awareness: Maintain strong awareness of major Philippine and international sporting events, betting trends, competitor activity, and developments that may impact sportsbook performance or create commercial opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Risk, Customer Support, and external providers to coordinate sportsbook initiatives and resolve operational or product issues.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps and opportunities across the sportsbook and recommend practical, data-backed improvements to products, promotions, processes, and customer experience.
