Key Responsibilities

Sports Partnership Management

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with sports leagues, teams, associations, and event organizers.
  • Support partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and oversee contract execution aligned with branding goals.
  • Ensure brand visibility across all sports assets including logo placements, LED exposure, uniforms, media mentions, and digital integration.

Brand Activation & Campaign Coordination

  • Work with internal branding, creative, and media teams to conceptualize and execute sports-related campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Coordinate on-ground and online execution during tournaments, press conferences, and live events to ensure brand consistency.

Endorser Management

  • Identify and assess endorsers, ambassadors, athletes, and influencers that align with brand positioning and campaign goals.
  • Support negotiation and coordination with talent agencies for engagement terms, deliverables, and exclusivity.
  • Support endorser activations including photoshoots, TVCs, PR events, and live appearances ensuring consistent brand image and messaging.

Resource & Asset Management

  • Support the database of sports partners, sponsorship inventory, and brand usage rights.
  • Support allocation of sports resources across multiple brands or business units to ensure efficient and impactful exposure.
  • Serve as the internal go-to for all sports-related materials, approvals, and usage compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Sports Management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sponsorships, talent management, or brand partnerships (preferably in sports).
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the sports and entertainment media landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PAGCOR and related advertising/partnership guidelines) is an advantage.
