Job Responsibilities
Offline Event Execution & Community Engagement Experience
- Plan and execute sports-related offline community events such as watch parties, viewing events, fanmtournaments, fan meetups, and grassroots activations.
- Manage event timelines and on-ground execution to ensure smooth delivery.
- Act as the main on-site coordinator during events. Create engaging on-ground experiences that encourage participation and interaction.
- Gather real-time community feedback and insights during events.
Sports, Logistics, and Coordination
- Stay up to date with sports leagues, tournaments, and seasonal calendars to inform event timing and themes.
- Collaborate with content and community teams to align offline events with online campaigns and content IPs.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners for event requirements (equipment, setup, supplies).
- Identify sports trends and fan behaviors that can enhance event concepts.
- Oversee event materials (signage, giveaways, kits) and ensure brand consistency.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track event performance (attendance, engagement, feedback).
- Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and community impact.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in events, community management, sports activations (small scale to medium scale).
- Experience managing sports watching parties, tournaments, or fan events.
- Strong interest and working knowledge of sports leagues and fan culture.
- Experience in handling on-ground event execution and logistics.
- Comfortable working on-site, including weekends or evenings when required.
- Familiarity with community platforms or fan engagement programs
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
