Job Overview
We are looking for sports-loving content producer to own end-to-end short-form content creation for ArenaPlus community. You will be responsible for turning sports moments, trends, and ideas into engaging, viral-ready content. From concept to shooting to editing, you will own the full process and work closely with internal community direction.

Job Responsibilities
- End-to-End Short-form Content Creation
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos
- Produce content across:
- Sports education (rules, betting basics, insights)
- Trending topics, memes, and internet culture
- Event-based coverage (NBA, football, esports, major tournaments)
- Deliver high-frequency, high-quality content optimized for engagement and virality
- Content Strategy & Ideation
- Translate community direction into concrete content ideas
- Balance real-time trending content with longer-term content series
- Continuously test formats and iterate based on performance
- Creator & Community Collaboration
- Work closely with different teams (sports operations, content operations, marketing, etc.)
- Collaborate with creators/KOLs for co-creation
- Stay close to the community to understand user interests and behaviors
- Campaign & Cross-team Support
- Support key campaigns and sports events with relevant content
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
Job Requirements:
- Strong passion for sports (NBA, football, esports, etc.)
- Proven ability to create short-form video content (shooting + editing)
- Strong execution ability: able to move fast and produce consistently Preferred:
- Experience or strong interest in sports betting (odds, parlay, etc.)
- Track record of creating viral or high-performing content
- Experience managing content communities or working with creators
