Job Description
Role Description The Sponsorship Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective sponsors for TEH Group's events and brands, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings to present sponsorship opportunities, and managing relationships with key decision-makers. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will develop tailored proposals and sponsorship packages, negotiate commercial terms, and work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining an active sales pipeline, updating CRM records, tracking performance against targets, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also involves staying informed about market trends in legal, compliance, cybersecurity, finance, and IT to position TEH Group's events effectively and support long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and B2B sales skills, with experience in sponsorship, event, or media sales.
- Relationship management and networking abilities, including building rapport with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify target segments, and develop compelling value propositions.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets under time pressure.
- Experience or strong interest in sectors such as legal, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, finance, or information technology is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and collaborate effectively with regional and international teams.
