Sponsorship Coordinator (Sponsorship)
Purpose Of The Role
To assist the sponsorship team with execution of integrated client campaigns, including processing of client bookings, prize management, credit approvals and the tracking of partnership availability.

Review Signed LOAs for sponsorship bookings and add into a register
Add client prizing into Audata program
Review and approve live credits in the Broadcast Guide
Add recorded sponsorship bookings and material into Aquira
Upload sporting fixtures into Audata program
Instruct SEN House ads delivery
White label props to remove client references

KEY RESULT AREA (A)
Using a high level of attention to detail to review incoming bookings and identify those that contain integrated sponsorships and add them to the register. Review and approve credits within the Broadcast Guide. Book recorded sponsorships into the traffic software and key in corresponding material instructions. Key internal promos into the traffic software. Assist with adding client prizing to uploading sporting fixtures to Audata.
KPI's
- 0 missed or incorrect sponsorship bookings or credits
- Positive feedback and relationship with sponsorship team
- Issues are identified and communicated to manager for resolution.
KEY RESULT AREA (B)
Assist with white labelling of props to remove client specific references & logos, replacing with generic CLIENT references for storage.
