Job Description
Administrative position responsible for the overall operational support and inventory management of assigned Post Sales SPLUS clients. Day-to-day customer contact for business requirements, operational process development and documentation, escalation management and RCCA review, special projects/requests, and inventory management. Has multiple accounts of average complexity and provides backup support for other employees as needed. Countries Covered: US, Canada and Latin America
Responsibilities Includes But Not Limited To
- Warehouse Special Projects
- Set up and Maintain Order Entry Module Specifics for each Customer
- Set up and Maintain Inventory Module Specifics for each Customer
- Inventory Research and Reconciliation
- Daily Inventory Control
- System Adjustments on incorrect On Hand Balances (after Research & Reconciliation)
- Warehouse Resource for Instructions, Training, and Go-To Support
- Customer Annual and/or Performance Driven Physical Inventories
- Call Center Resource for Instructions and Go-To Support
- Customer One-Stop-Shopping Escalation Point
- Customer Ad-Hoc Reporting Requests
- Customer Operational Change Notifications
- Operational Compliance Conference Calls
