Job Description
- Identifies and establishes good relationship with Top Architects/ Designers/ Consultants, Owners/ Property developers that have influences on projects for the Residential/Commercial Housing, Hotels, Institutional (church, hospitals, museums, schools, govt buildings), Data Center, Warehouses, Office/Retail Buildings.
- Creates, Organizes, Develops Technical Presentations and Specifications writing and Authorship to key stakeholders & influencers. Provides Architects comprehensive support including detailed specification documents for their design works.
- Sources out new and upcoming projects through the different platforms, in-house consultants and architects.
- Works hand in hand with the Sales, TM departments and relevant BU (as necessary) for coordination of product specification/ product approval related activities.
- Support KPM department to ensure enough projects are added to the pipeline to support growth strategies.
- Adheres to Sika Phils. Inc.s (SPI) established Quality and Environmental Management Systems Policy.
- Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
- Ensures that all operating standards are adhered at all times.
- Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
- Attends to various activities of related Trade Associations - UAP, Green Building Councils, Cold Chain, Construction exhibitions, etc. to promote Sika brand.
- Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture - licensed preferred.
Work Experience:
minimum 3-4 years work experience in Technical Specifications/related field.
