Job Description

This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in investment operations while working with global stakeholders across onshore and middle office teams. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash flows and investment transactions, directly contributing to the organization's operational excellence. You'll gain exposure to complex financial instruments, including derivatives, while driving process improvements and strengthening controls. Position Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and validate investment transactions, including equities, FX, derivatives, and income-related activities in AABOR
  • Investigate and resolve cash and position breaks, partnering closely with Middle Office and onshore teams
  • Review and validate reconciliation outputs (e.g., DUCO) and ensure proper documentation of adjustments
  • Support fund events such as seed capital, distributions, and reinvestments with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain process documentation and strengthen controls to mitigate operational risk
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Support quality checking and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and training initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, or fund accounting
  • Solid experience in transaction processing, reconciliation, and cash operations
  • Exposure to financial systems (e.g., AABOR or similar platforms)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling derivatives and complex financial instruments
  • Exposure to reconciliation tools such as DUCO
  • Experience working with global/onshore stakeholders
  • Knowledge of fund events and corporate actions processing
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization initiatives
