JOB BRIEF

• The Specialist, Product & Commercial Strategy (Gaming) is a core member of the department's numbers team, strictly dedicated to the analytical tracking of casino performance. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this heavily quantitative role requires a data-driven professional who is an absolute genius in Excel. The specialist will transform raw gaming data into solid, actionable reports to track product profitability, yield optimization, and player activation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and analyze complex numerical data related to gaming metrics (e.g., T-Win, ADT, hold percentages).
• Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and financial models to track gaming product profitability and uptake.
• Generate solid, regular reports on asset utilization, yield optimization, and event-linked upsell within the casino floor.
• Provide robust quantitative support for concept papers and launch roadmaps.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or casino analytics.
• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, complex formulas, pivot tables, power query).
• Numbers-driven with a proven ability to read, interpret, and present numeral data accurately.
