Job Description

The Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling executes inventory and WIP transactions, swiftly troubleshoots and recovers discrepancies while ensuring high-integrity WIP data and system accuracy between relevant partners.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Perform any inventory and WIP related transactions in the system as needed without any operational impact, addressing errors as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and recover discrepancies and errors that are preventing smooth WIP operations timely and effectively.
  • Ensure that the WIP inventory is clean and having the highest level of data integrity, system accuracy between contract manufacturing partners and Infineon.
  • WIP Update: Execute stock and inventory adjustment based on business process requirement (engineering lot conversion, lot status change – hold/release, system scrap of aging/unusable stock) or ensure that contract manufacturing partner executes it (dependent on IT system / flow used).
  • WIP Recon: Reconciliation of die bank stock and WIP between OSAT partners to Infineon, ensuring all systems have high level of accuracy, and work on improvements to meet IFX targets.
  • Participate in workflow improvement projects and support work flow automation and improvement projects, in areas of testing and implementation.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Min. Degree in Engineering / IT / Supply Chain / Business related course.
  • Min. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Effective writing and communication skills to interact with external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software with good knowledge on logistics, business process and relevant IT tools (SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems).
  • Customer oriented and some knowledge of supply chain process, inventory control and management will be beneficial.
  • Able to handle different types of tasks with good troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to upskill and learn new competencies to support changing business needs.
