Join our Inside Service Sales team and play a key role in supporting customers, strengthening relationships, and contributing to business growth. You engage with customers through professional phonebased interactions, understand their needs, and help drive sales performance across your assigned territory.
Your tasks include
- Supporting customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Contributing to sales growth by offering product and service solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Utilizing phonebased selling techniques to promote QIAGEN solutions effectively.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Executing pricing strategies and assisting in contract negotiations.
- Identifying key contacts to support smooth and timely deal closures.
Your profile
- Experience in customer-facing or salesrelated activities, ideally up to 2 years.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Comfortable using standard PC tools and business software.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; laboratory experience (1 year) is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a night shift and in a hybrid setup.
