Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Specialist Doctors at MyHealthyWay Clinic and Laboratory Corp., located in Mandaluyong. Responsibilities involve providing expert medical consultations, diagnosing and treating patients in alignment with best healthcare practices, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, doctors will contribute to promoting health initiatives and ensuring compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Active and valid medical license in the Philippines; board-certified in a relevant specialist field (General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Hematology, Endocrinology, Gastrology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Opthalmology, ENT, Urology, Pulmonology)
• Proficiency in patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and medical care management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy-based patient care skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty clinical setting
• Commitment to continuous medical education, ethical practice, and adherence to healthcare regulations
• Experience in industrial health, overseas patient care, or outpatient clinics is an advantage
• Familiarity with fully automated healthcare systems and medical equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine and completion of residency training in the specialized field
