Your Role:
As a
Specialist, Demand Generation, you will:
- Execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including email, paid media, and ABM initiatives.
- Track lead lifecycle performance from awareness through MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and nurturing programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align on ICPs, target accounts, campaign priorities, and lead follow-up processes.
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and funnel metrics to provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to develop campaign messaging and assets aligned to buyer pain points.
- Ensure data integrity and proper tracking across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Bacheloru0027s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills/expertise- Experience in B2B technology or professional services environments.
- Working knowledge of paid media, email marketing, and lead nurturing best practices.
- Advanced experience using reporting and attribution tools.
