Duties and Responsibilities
QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures
- Conduct thorough reviews of all reports and data collected by the team
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in team deliverables
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for corrections or enhancements on a daily basis
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for quality enhancement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency without compromising quality
- Create and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track team performance
- Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize data collection and reporting methods
TEAM SUPPORT AND TRAINING
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues
- Develop and conduct training sessions on quality standards and best practices
- Mentor team members on quality control techniques and attention to detail
- Act as a resource for questions related to quality standards and procedures
COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant program scope
- Stay updated on changes in industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in managing and mitigating risks associated with data accuracy and report quality
Skill/Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of qualified work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience with quality management systems and statistical analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
