The Role:

At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We're looking for a Specialist - Contingent Workforce Administration who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

If you're good at documentation and completing background checks to managing contract preparation and delivery, seamless coordination across teams and with external partners, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Key Accountabilities:

• Focuses on contingent workforce administration, specifically onboarding contingent workers, pre-employment screening, extension management, termination, and offboarding.
• Focuses on contingent workforce administration, including onboarding, pre-employment screening, extension management, termination, and use of specific HR systems, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates, resolving queries, monitoring screening progress, and ensuring timely completion of all checks to support a smooth onboarding experience.

Skills & Requirements:

• With experience in handling Workday, ServiceNow, and Beeline as the primary systems used in the role.
• Candidates with experience working with contractors and a contingent workforce background.
• Willing to work on EMEA shift (4pm-1AM).
• Willing to work onsite in Makati 2x a month.
