Job Description


Job Title: Specialist - Business Support (RFQ)


Job Location: Manila


In this role, you will support the RFQ process by managing data, updating systems, and providing accurate reports to business partners. It requires attention to detail, strong data handling skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams. The position ensures that RFQ information is correct, timelines are met, and processes run smoothly. It also supports a work environment built on clear communication, trust, and reliable collaboration across teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Extraction, Consolidation, and Management: Run, download, and consolidate prebid reports from respective analytics sites as requested by Bid Management Team (BMTs)
  • Data Review: Validate extracted data related to prebid reports such as requested product, data duration and account name
  • System Monitoring: Update information related to RFQ (Request for Quote) Opportunity in Sales360 such as Bid Name and status according to defined guidelines
  • Sales360 Analytics: Map product item lanes (PIL) through Internal Pricing Template (IPT) import, allowing strategic RFQ decisions for Commercial Owners. Use appropriate tools to import and audit IPTs
  • System Troubleshooting: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify system errors, bugs, and issues
  • Other RFQ Activities: Cross-training in different RFQ tasks such as Request for Information (RFIs) as needed
  • Request and Incident Tracking: Monitor requests made by stakeholders and deliver required reports according to defined turnaround time (TAT)
  • Ensure successful delivery of services to business partners by meeting performance targets
  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders on progress updates, process documentation, and best practices


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Bachelor's de gree from a recognized University in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience.
  • Understanding of freight forwarding products (Air & Ocean)
  • Knowledge and understanding of DGF service offering and USP's
  • Proven experience in information management, customer service, or a related role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with international stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specifically on pivot tables, formulas, and macros
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
