The role is to create value for customers through interactive customer care and solutions via phone, email, portal/online, and facsimile. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the order processing of the AU Orders portal and providing backup to the customer services team in ANZ. Helps the organization in project management through end-to-end coordination and delegation of information based on the needs of internal clients.

CSR/Order Processing

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by defined processes and procedures, with the key focus of managing the AU Orders portal and being accountable for all orders placed and processed, including:
  • Order Entry and follow up on outstanding issues related to the order process
  • Liaison with Sales team and Technical support team to support order entry as needed
  • Price checking and availability support
  • Alternative product recommendation to the customer with the support of the technical team.
  • Update Order / Shipment Status to Customer
  • Provide professional and accurate solutions for customer concerns through implementing the following:
  • Tracking, correction and processing of missing, misread or incomplete purchase orders
  • Communicated and resolved customer complaints, including, but not limited to, missed shipments, technical enquiries, delivery delays, requests for credit, timing, etc. Understand the process to escalate as needed.
  • Provide all needed support and build a strong working relationship with the ANZ sales team and technical support team in all applicable products
  • Provide back-up support as needed for ANZ-based CSR
  • Manage efficient usage of production time and company resources through the following

Accuracy in Interaction Handling & maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volume levels
