Job Description:
Strategy & Project Management
- Support the program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams (Seller Ops, Logistics, BD, Finance, Tech) to improve program performance.
P&L Monitoring & Financial Analysis
- Track and analyze P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Monitor key financial metrics to maintain profitability.
- Provide financial projections and cost optimization strategies to improve long-term sustainability.
Performance Monitoring & Growth
- Develop dashboards and reports to track FBS performance and key KPIs.
- Analyze seller data to improve adoption, retention, and conversion rates.
- Explore new growth opportunities, pricing models, and operational enhancements to drive scalability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis (e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus).
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving results.
