Responsibilities
Direct Client communication, and meeting various client demands
Communicating with Amazon sellers via email or call
Understanding all aspects of the projects including working with multiple departments, maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress
Effectively respond to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and Monthly
Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
Recommending improvements to current processes
Perform other related duties as assigned
Essential Requirements
Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
Resourcefulness, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
A background in customer service is a plus
Able to work the graveyard shift
Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus
