Job Description
Assisting in planning and coordinating special operations activities
Preparing reports, documents, and operational records
Monitoring communication and information flow during operations
Providing logistical support such as transportation, equipment, and supplies
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies
Supporting emergency response or field operations when needed
Performing data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminology, Management, or related field
Fresh graduates may be accepted depending on the organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, email, reporting tools)
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours or in field assignments
Physically and mentally fit for operational support duties
Relevant experience in operations, security, logistics, or administration is an advantage
