The Role

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Educator to join us in reshaping the way early intervention is delivered globally.

This is a full remote role:

  • Remote Teaching & Parent Coaching Deliver engaging, individualised online lessons to children with developmental needs, and equip caregivers with practical strategies.
  • AI & Product Innovation Collaborate with our tech and content teams to create, test, and refine personalised learning activities and AI-powered recommendations for our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Parent Coaching

Conduct virtual lessons and play-based learning sessions for children with diverse developmental needs

Adapt lesson plans and resources to suit each childs strengths, challenges, and cultural background.

Coach parents and caregivers to extend learning into the home through structured, simple-to-follow activities.

Track and report progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

AI & Platform Development

Work with AI engineers, UX designers, and content specialists to build and validate personalised learning pathways.

Review and develop lesson content, ensuring it is evidence-based and developmentally appropriate.

Help shape platform features that make it easier for parents to track progress, access learning materials, and receive timely recommendations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Therapy, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with developmental challenges, preferably in early intervention or SPED school settings.
  • Skilled in adapting teaching methods for different learning profiles.
  • Comfortable delivering lessons and coaching via video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
