Glowing Flowers International is expanding its remote therapy team and is looking for a Part-Time Special Educator who can deliver multi-disciplinary support during UK/US timings including:
Occupational Therapy, Remedial Therapy, Speech Therapy & Behavior Therapy.
Commitment:
- Minimum 1020 hours per week
Compensation:
- Paid per 1-hour session (competitive rates based on experience & skill set)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for children
- Deliver engaging 1:1 virtual therapy sessions
- Create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Track progress and maintain session documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers and internal teams
- Maintain professional, ethical, and child-safe practices
Requirements:
- Qualification/certification in Special Education (multi-therapy exposure preferred)
- Ability to independently conduct assessments and prepare reports
- Clear British or American accent (for effective virtual communication)
- Own desktop/laptop with webcam & headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 2030 Mbps)
- Quiet, professional workspace for virtual sessions
- Prior experience with children (ASD experience preferred)
- Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills
