Job Description

We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English speaker to join our team as a Tech Support Specialist. The role involves assisting Spanish-speaking clients with technical concerns, troubleshooting issues, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in technical or customer support.

Responsibilities:

Provide client-facing technical support in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients with different levels of technical knowledge.
Assist clients with product, software, system, and connectivity-related concerns.
Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
Accurately document client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English: written and spoken.
Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
