Role Purpose
- We are seeking an experienced Spanish-Speaking International Accountant to provide end-to-end accounting and finance support across five international entities located in Dubai, Beirut, Cairo, and Barcelona.
- This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing supplier payments, supporting tax and audit activities, and providing finance administration across multiple international businesses.
- In addition to accounting responsibilities, the successful candidate will prepare quotations, invoices, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), while also supporting the Spanish entity with accounting, payroll coordination, tax compliance, government filings, and communication in Spanish where required.
- The ideal candidate has experience supporting multiple entities, strong bookkeeping knowledge, proficiency in Tally, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records across five international entities.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
- Complete bank reconciliations.
- Process supplier payments and accounts payable.
- Support accounts receivable activities where required.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close.
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting documentation.
Tax, Audit & Compliance
- Prepare documentation for tax-related submissions.
- Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
- Assist with audit preparation and responses.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
Finance Administration
- Prepare client quotations.
- Generate customer invoices.
- Prepare supplier Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Maintain finance and administrative documentation.
- Organize and manage financial records across multiple entities.
International Finance Support
Provide accounting support across:
- Dubai (2 companies)
- Beirut
- Cairo
- Barcelona
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external accounting providers across multiple countries and time zones.
Spanish Entity Support
- Support accounting activities for the Barcelona entity.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders where required.
- Assist with Spanish accounting documentation.
- Support payroll administration and tax-related requirements.
- Coordinate government filings and statutory documentation.
- Assist with Social Security and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support Registro Mercantil documentation and official notifications.
- Manage or assist with digital certificate-related processes where applicable.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain financial records using Tally.
- Ensure accounting data accuracy and integrity.
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes and workflows.
- Support process standardization across the group.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Experience supporting multiple legal entities or international businesses.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language Requirements
Required
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Fluent Spanish (written and verbal)
The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Spanish with clients, suppliers, accountants, and government or regulatory stakeholders where required.
