Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Job Requirements:
Filipino Nationals can speak, read and write in Spanish
Open to Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, and bachelor's degree holders.
With experience in a Spanish technical support or IT helpdesk role, OR at least 2 years of experience in Spanish customer service.
Willing to work in a Night shift schedule.
Experience supporting hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, or medical offices is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and provide appropriate solutions to their issues.
Handle complaints and ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
Follow company policies, procedures, and established service standards.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information when required.
