Position: Spanish Customer Care Associate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino applicants who are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Open to Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and Bachelor's degree holders.
Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Spanish Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or related support functions is a plus.
Previous BPO experience in any Spanish-speaking account is also considered.
Applicants must be ready and available for immediate employment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their questions, requests, and service-related concerns in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including basic technical difficulties and system-related inquiries.
Coordinate with the appropriate departments to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, ensuring clear communication and high-quality support in both Spanish and English.
