Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 01 year experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn ATS, HRIS tools, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
