Job Requirements:
️Filipino National can speak, read and write in Spanish
️Foreign Nationals with permanent residence in the Philippines
️ Open for Undergrad and Bachelor's Degree holder.
️ With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage.
️ Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
️ Can Communicate in English and Spanish vice versa
Job Responsibilities:
️Provide customer support in Spanish and English through phone, email, chat, or social media.
️Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
️Provide accurate information and guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
️Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
