Role Description

We are looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent customer support while communicating effectively in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a shifting/night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service experience
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication during interactions
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance goals
• Ensure quality and compliance in every customer interaction
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
• Open for non-native Spanish speakers only
• Good English and Spanish communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
• Amenable to shifting/night shift schedule
