Job Requirements
Filipino applicants with strong Spanish and English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Background in B2B sales, business development, and marketing.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience handling clients in Latin America or other Spanish-speaking markets is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist clients with compensation data gathering, job benchmarking, and survey submissions.
Oversee a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring quality service.
Track client engagement, satisfaction, and retention to support continuous improvement.
Explore opportunities to introduce additional services and contribute to business expansion.
Stay informed about compensation practices, labor market developments, and HR trends across Spanish-speaking markets.
