Company Profile: An international financial services company hiring Spanish-speaking professionals in Manila to support customers and business operations.

Position: Spanish-Speaking Client Support Analyst

Monthly Salary: PHP 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off per week

Job Requirements:
Good Spanish communication skills, from conversational to fluent
Open to Filipinos and foreign residents with permanent residency in the Philippines
At least two years of college, an associate degree, or a bachelor's degree
Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
Willing to complete customer service training

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients in the US through calls, emails, and online chat
Provide details about banking services, branch schedules, and fund transfers
Help resolve account access issues and card-related concerns
Respond to questions about transactions, account charges, and required paperwork
Refer sensitive cases and concerns that need further review to the appropriate department
