Role Description

The Spanish Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) will provide essential medical administrative support in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include assisting with medical records management, understanding and utilizing medical terminology, supporting patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of medical office procedures. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Binãn.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and supporting patient care operations
• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Records management
• Familiarity with Medical Office tasks and responsibilities
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable
• Relevant certification or formal training in medical assisting is a plus
• Preferably nurses or a graduate of any medical allied course.
