Key Responsibilitie
- sManage 10–20 weekly client intakes through inbound and outbound calls
- .Assist clients in completing medical release forms and family service agreements in both Spanish and English
- .Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality at all times
- .Provide customer support and resolve issues via phone, email, and online platforms
- .Perform real-time data entry and updates in Zoho CRM
- .Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and product knowledge
- .Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and company policy changes
