Role Description The Spanish-Bilingual Non-Registered Nurse Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque. This role involves coordinating patient cases, gathering and reviewing clinical information, and supporting care plans under the guidance of licensed nursing or clinical leadership. The Case Manager communicates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish to clarify concerns, explain care processes, and ensure accurate documentation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments via phone, maintaining up-to-date records, following established protocols, and escalating complex issues to supervising clinicians. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to improve service quality and adherence to organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with strong listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Experience in patient support, case coordination, or a healthcare-related customer service role.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare processes; background in nursing or health sciences is an advantage.
- Strong documentation, data entry, and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with computers, call center tools, and common office software (e.g., CRM systems, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Demonstrated customer service orientation, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work on-site in Parañaque on full-time schedules, including potential shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Preferably a college graduate in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field; non-board passer or non-registered nurse candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to complete company training programs and comply with quality, security, and performance standards.
