About the Role

We're looking for a Spanish Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team on-site in Cebu. In this role, you'll support US-based healthcare clients with a mix of administrative and patient coordination tasks, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently across different medical practices.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Spanish- and English-speaking patients
- Support patient coordination and appointment-related tasks
- Assist in maintaining and updating medical records accurately
- Communicate with patients and healthcare staff in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support for daily clinic operations
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology in day-to-day tasks
- Perform other healthcare-related support tasks as needed, depending on client requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong Spanish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in BPO is required; healthcare account experience is highly preferred
- Background in healthcare (RN, non-RN, Medical VA, or healthcare support roles)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic workflows
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling medical records is a plus
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu
