We are hiring **Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representatives** for a growing US Healthcare account in Ortigas, Pasig City.

**Salary Package:** **Up to 55,000**

### Qualifications
- At least **1 year of Healthcare BPO experience**
- Proficient in **Spanish** – speaking, reading, and writing
- **No previous Spanish BPO experience needed**
- Healthcare experience in **Billing, Claims, Insurance, Member Services, Provider Services, or Prior Authorization** is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work **100% onsite in Ortigas**
- Willing to work on a **Night Shift**
- Available to start in **October 2026**
### Job Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking members with healthcare-related inquiries
- Handle concerns related to benefits, eligibility, billing, claims, and insurance
- Provide professional customer service in both **Spanish and English**
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow client processes, healthcare guidelines, and quality standards
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
