We are looking for a Spanish bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce account team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients and sellers, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients and sellers via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding account management, platform features, and order issues.
- Assist clients in resolving issues related to listings, payments, and orders on the platform.
- Maintain records of interactions, solutions provided, and follow-ups in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or customer support is a plus.
