We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish English Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our team around Workers Compensation and Medical Insurance Coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workers compensation and medical insurance processes, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of workers compensation and medical insurance claims.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both Spanish and English.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and transactions.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Stay updated on changes in workers compensation and medical insurance regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Tier 1: Must-haves (non-negotiable)
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in workers compensation, medical insurance, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
