We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Technical/Customer Service Representatives to join a pioneering in-house team supporting a US-based client. This role primarily handles inbound calls and provides language support for customers, including those using medical devices.
Qualifications:
- Spanish Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
- At least High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years tenure in current/previous company
- Preferably with US Healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
