JOB REQUIREMENTS: ️ Filipino who can communicate in Spanish (Conversational to Fluent). ️ Foreign nationals with permanent residency in the Philippines may also apply. ️ Open to college undergraduates (completed at least 2nd year), associate degree holders, and graduates. ️ No work experience required - open to career shifters. ️ Customer service experience is an advantage but not required. ️ Willing to undergo customer service training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ️ Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients in the US. ️ Assist customers with information regarding bank branches, schedules, banking services, and fund transfers. ️ Support clients with account opening concerns, card requests, and basic banking assistance. ️ Respond to inquiries related to account balances, duplicate charges, and bank documentation. ️ Escalate complicated concerns such as fraud cases and specialized requests to the appropriate team.
