We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Spa Manager to lead operations for a premium luxury skin and wellness concept under the Aivee Group. This individual will elevate service standards, operational excellence, and guest experience to world-class luxury hospitality levels while driving strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
- Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and treatment room utilization
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall ambiance of the spa
2. Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with Aivee brand
- Address client concerns, feedback, and escalations promptly
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium spa and skincare services
3. Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, repeat clients, and average ticket size
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, coach, and motivate therapists and front desk staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions
- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling
5. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to DOH standards and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
- Monitor treatment protocols and service quality
6. Inventory & Administrative Management
- Oversee inventory of spa supplies, products, and equipment
- Coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Prepare operational and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Luxury Hospitality / Hotel Spa, wellness, or aesthetic clinic management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales and operations management
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and spa services is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling systems
Working Conditions
- Must be willing to work onsite, six (6) days per week
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- May be assigned to any Aivee Skin Spa branch
