Position Summary
Responsible for driving marketing and operational initiatives across Southeast Asia and South Asia markets, covering both online and offline channels. This role supports the Market Lead in identifying business growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and tourism dynamics. The ideal candidate will plan and execute impactful marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing and operations in Southeast Asia and South Asia markets for both online and offline.
- Support market lead in effectively utilizing market trends and customer insights to identify new business growth opportunities.
- Have excellent understanding of the tourism dynamic in Philippines and other Southeast and South Asia markets.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies/campaigns based on business goals.
- Good ability to manage key accounts including creating and executing business plans and account reviews.
Requirement
- Proficient in reading and understanding both Chinese and English.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated strong marketing execution capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
